Gross-Pay and Bill Calculation

Automatically calculate gross pay for candidates, and bills for clients, based on predefined rate cards.

Rate cards are powerful tools that let you configure any number of calculation schemes, such as variable hourly rates, rates by start time, and static shift-based rates. They are extremely configurable, supporting multiple criteria options to set just the right rates for the right job. You can apply rate cards to individual candidates, individual shifts, or contracts.

Payroll calculation is executed at the touch of a button. Within seconds, you receive a list of every candidate and client, and how much they need to be paid or billed.

Live Maps

Our amazing Live Map component shows you shifts and their status at a glance. It can be added to any Lightning page or the Salesforce app for a quick overview wherever you are.

Shift Tasks

Shift tasks allow you to assign individual tasks to be performed during a shift. Candidates can quickly view the list via their mobile app, and touch to quickly mark them as complete.

Direct Invites

Candidates can now be invited to take shifts not only from our matching tool, but individually by clicking their profile photo.

Agency Worker Rights (AWR)

Isimio can now tell you which of your candidates qualify for AWR, integrated directly with the scheduler. You can pause any candidate’s AWR clock for various reasons, such as maternity leave or injury. Crucially, AWR eligibility can also be applied to candidate pay rates.

During these unprecedented times, we wanted to extend our support to any nonprofits and businesses in the healthcare sectors. For the duration of this crisis, we will be offering the following:

• Our Nonprofit discount will increase from 50% to 66%
