Questions we get asked
Can we run NHS framework and private work in the same system?
Yes. Rate cards, compliance rules and timesheet approval routes are set per client, so a framework trust and a private hospital can follow different rules without you running separate processes.
Do our nurses have to use an app?
Most do, because it is the quickest way to see shifts, set availability, sign in and submit timesheets. The Isimio app runs on iOS and Android, and a worker web portal covers profile updates, rosters, forms and availability for anyone who prefers a browser. A white-label app under your own brand is available as an add-on.
Some of our clients still use paper timesheets. Is that a problem?
No. Send a photo of the paper timesheet and Isimio reads it in. Clients who have gone digital can sign on site through the app or approve online.
