Can a carer do several visits in one day?
Yes. Isimio books as many jobs per day as needed, prevents overlaps and checks there is enough travel time between visits. Carers sign in at each location from the app.
Can it pay sleep-in shifts and weekend rates?
Yes. Rate cards handle sleep shifts, day-of-the-week rates, holidays and per-client overrides, and are applied automatically once a timesheet is approved.
We employ our own carers rather than supplying an agency. Is Isimio still a fit?
Yes. Isimio is also used by organisations scheduling their own staff, and customers switch on only the parts they need. If you don't bill clients for hours, you don't have to use invoicing.
