Pricing FAQ

What's the difference between Managed and Unmanaged?+
With Managed, our team handles implementation, configuration, and ongoing customisation (20 hours per month included). With Unmanaged, you own the implementation or engage with one of our partners, and manage the platform yourself at a lower per-user cost. For in-house implementation, we recommend having an experienced Salesforce administrator.
Do I need an existing Salesforce licence?+
No. If you have an existing Salesforce environment, we can install Isimio on that. Otherwise, we set everything up and you only deal with us directly.
We're already using Salesforce, will we need a new environment?+
No. Isimio can be installed on top of your existing Salesforce org and our licenses added directly to it. You may choose to use your existing licenses or the Isimio 'platform' licenses that come bundled with our software.
What counts as a 'recruiter' vs a 'worker'?+
Recruiter licences are for your internal team members who use the back-office CRM, scheduling, and management tools. Workers access the system only via our mobile app. Depending on your plan tier, you may incur limits on the number of workers allowed. Contact us for a custom pricing plan.
Can I switch from Unmanaged to Managed?+
Yes. If you start Unmanaged and later want more hands-on support, we can migrate you to a Managed arrangement. Speak to us and we'll put together a proposal. Managed tiers cannot convert to unmanaged.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
Our minimum commitment period is 1 year, starting from purchase (unmanaged tier) or go-live (managed tier). Managed tier is tailored to your business and we may agree on different commitments to offer you better pricing options. Please book a demo to receive a full proposal.
Do you support multiple regions (US, UK, EU, AU)?+
Yes. Isimio operates across the US, UK, EU, and beyond. Data residency, currency, and compliance rules can all be configured per region.
What kind of customisation do we get in the managed tier?+
The managed tier offers support for customisations such as custom configuration and development, data export tools, integrations, and more. We can only commit to building customisations around the core product (i.e. we aren't going to build a custom marketing tool) and the requests need to be of a reasonable and achievable nature within the alloted time frame (i.e. we can't rebuild the scheduler from scratch). If you have a larger project, we are happy to refer you to one of our partners.
What is your policy around annual or mid-contract price increases?+
Historically, we have not increased our pricing either mid-contract or annually. While we may periodically increase our pricing, which may reflect during contract renewal, this is not a regular practice and normally only applies in special circumstances.
What happens to pricing as we scale?+
We love seeing our customers scale - and want to reward you for a job well done! Historically, our customers have seen per-user price reductions as they grow. We can even discuss specific milestones that would trigger these discounts.
What happens if we have a low period and need fewer users?+
Isimio is not just software - we are a partner. As partners, we know that sometimes circumstances change. While we cannot commit to any steps upfront, we do our best to support our customers during rough patches. This can include temporary discounts, partial or full pause in invoice collection, or additional support from our team.
