Isimio is a staffing CRM and workforce management platform built natively on Salesforce. Recruitment, compliance, shift scheduling, timesheets, pay and bill and invoicing all live in the same Salesforce org as your clients and candidates, so there is no sync between systems and no second login.

Not on Salesforce yet
You don't need to be. Salesforce licences are included with Isimio and we provision the environment as part of your setup. You get an enterprise CRM without an enterprise IT team, and a baseline version can be running within a day.
Already on Salesforce
Isimio can be integrated into the org you already run. If you have a Salesforce ATS such as Seven20, TargetRecruit or Asymbl, Isimio connects to it rather than replacing it, and adds the scheduling, compliance and finance your ATS doesn't do.

Platform security
Permission sets, field-level security, login history, field history and event monitoring, enforced by the platform rather than bolted on.
Data residency
UK, EU and US data residency, which matters when you hold right-to-work documents and DBS results.

Questions we get asked
Is Isimio a Salesforce product?
No. Isimio is built and supported by Kruvi Solutions Limited, a UK company, and runs on the Salesforce Platform. It is listed on the Salesforce AppExchange.
Do we need Salesforce licences already?
No. Isimio includes everything you need. We provision the Salesforce environment as part of your setup, so you get the platform without buying it separately. One bill, one team to call.
Is Salesforce too big for a small agency?
No. Many of our customers started as small agencies. Because Isimio bundles Salesforce as part of the package, you don't need an existing org or an enterprise IT team. It works for a team of five just as well as five hundred.
We already have a Salesforce org with an ATS in it. Can Isimio go in alongside?
Yes. Isimio connects to Seven20, TargetRecruit, Asymbl and Tracker, so candidate data flows into Isimio's scheduling and compliance engine without retyping. Integrating into an existing org takes longer than a fresh build, especially with an ATS already embedded, and we will scope that with you upfront.
